5/9/2001 (Wednesday), Day 121:
Yesterday's exams were fine. I did well with my Spanish Cultural Studies class and the Hispanic Cinema one too. I finally went to karate class last night and it was great but sad saying goodbye to Armando and the other locals there! I even started talking to a girl there but of course those things never work out right! Today I woke up and went to the bank to close my account. I went to Fuencarral to find a juggling store someone had told me about. Luckily I found it and bought a pair of devil sticks, one for my buddy Ryan back home! They were the good kind too! I was supposed to meet Daryl earlier but we met up at school instead. Got to pick up a Clawfinger CD on my way home and did some more studying. Watched some Futurama and had our last beer at Swimming. Sad I won't be seeing Daryl for a while. One more full day in Madrid!
