2/16/2001 (Friday), Day 39:
Day 2 of the Rome trip, we went to The Vatican! We saw Saint Peter's Church and the Sistine Chapel. I had been as a kid but it was still amazing to see again! At one point we went all the way up to the top of a building to catch a panoramic view of Rome! All of the buildings in Rome are so awesome. After dinner we went out clubbing. Rome has a whole block area devoted to clubs which was really convenient. I had fun trying to talk to some Italian girls at one of the clubs we went to! It was neat to see a live sax player jam with house music. That was really interesting and fun!
