You Will Always Be Here |
10/26/2001
|
I sent you an email. I gave you a call. I talked to you on Instant Messenger. For every day of the week. For every week of the semester. Not a day passes that I don't think about you. We hang out often. Sometimes just the two of us. Sometimes more. I listen and you hear. I hear and you listen. What I say is true. What they say is a lie. You are here for me as I am for you. You respond, I reply. We live and we learn. And as each passing day goes by only one thing remains. Not a day passes that I don't think about you. My true best friend. My one and only best friend. To laugh, to cry, to hang on and live. I write this with tears down my cheeks. Never to be forgotten, everlasting friendship. Always in my heart, always in my place. I wish it wasn't this way. I wish we could have made it better. What they say is a lie. You will always be here.
